Summary

The Old Town Commercial Association is a non-profit organization revitalizing Lansing Michigan's Old Town. However, they have faced challenges in maintaining an active presence on social media and establishing a consistent brand identity. To address these issues, MSU Street Team Charcoal collaborated with Old Town Commercial Association to create a brand book and implement it through various community engagement activities, including an interactive bucket list and a video series highlighting the various local businesses.
